Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Indonesia Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed. (Only with Black Pen)
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with Matt or semi Matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, with Red background (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note : Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned / stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to - The Visa Officer, Embassy of Republic of Indonesia, New Delhi

Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Indonesia host / Inviting Company should come through the Department of Immigration-Jarkata and directly faxed to the Embassy and one copy to us.

If applying for more than 90 days:
a) An Immigration message from the Immigration Authorities from Jakarta is required. If the immigration message is not available, the application would be referred to Jakarta for Approval.
This entire process will take minimum 2 weeks.

Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation and Tour Itinerary

Medical: Nil

Financial: (For First Time Traveler)
a) Bank statement for the last six months.
b) Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Travelers Cheque

DD in the favor of "Indonesian Embassy"

Special Note:
