Australia Visa

Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

Photo Specification: -  2 Photos: 35 X 45mm with Matt or semi Matt finish, white background, 80% face size. Teeth should not be visible, eyes, ears and forehead clearly visible.

Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit and addressed to 

The Visa Officer, Australian High Commission, New Delhi. If the applicant is running his own Business, he should provide the Covering Letter on his company letterhead.

Invitation Letter : If visiting relatives or friends, a letter of invitation from the relative or friend in Australia.

a) Proof of legal status of the host in Australia (Passport and Visa Copies).
b) If relative or friend is paying for the visit then their financials need to be attached (Bank Statement for last 3 months)
c) Residence Proof
d) Employment Proof

Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary ,Tour itinerary and tour confirmation.
Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation.

-  Pan Card or Adhaar Card Copy

-  Income Tax Return / Form 16 for last 3 years.

-  Original Bank statements for last 6 months with healthy and sufficient balance.

-  Salary slips for last 3 months - if employed.

-  Original Leave approval letter from the company on company letterhead.

-  Company registration proof e.g. Shop ACT, MOA etc - If Self Employed.

-  If Student - Bonafide letter / ID Card and NOC letter from School/College.

-  If Retired - Retirement Proof.

Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler's Cheque
For First Time Traveler (Following documents apart from the above mentioned documents need to be submitted along with the application)

Children under 18 must provide a notarized (NOC) no objection certificate from any accompanying parent authorizing their travel to Australia along with copies of the parents passports.

Where children are travelling or staying with non-relatives, provide the full name, nationality and the date of birth of the person the child will be staying or travelling with. A declaration of support signed by the person responsible for that child in Australia.

Special Note :

Australia Visa Application Form: Form 48R to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Family Form: Form M-67 to be duly filled and signed by the applicant
