Visa Application Form: Form 14-A duly filled and signed by the applicant along with a clear set of photocopy of form, Light or Bad photocopied form are not accepted
 
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with Matt or semi Matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm. 
a) Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned / stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
b) Photo pasted on 14-A Form should be Crossed Signature by the applicant.
